She felt in her element as she climbed the bails of hay, inspected the flies hovering over some of the pumpkins, and "drove" the fire truck and police van.
We took a train ride through "Scarecrow Alley" and Kristina enthusiastically took my digital camera and snapped pictures of everything we passed.
It was a great day -- exhausting -- and we figured that after bathtime, Kristina would collapse into bed. But oh, no....took almost 2 hours for this little girl to come down from her pumpkin high.
Looks like we'll really start monitoring her sugar intake as Halloween approaches...'cuz this Mama is feeling a tad bit ragged from running after a very energetic 2 year old!
Kristina LOVES to drive!
A video of Kristina getting excited about flies on the pumpkins!
Despite our little girl lacking a smile, we all had a lot of fun!

I just love fall and all the fun activities. It looks like she loved her outing. And her hair is growing so long. She is getting cuter everyday!

She is just adorable. Those are really great pics. And the pumpkins look wonderful...really large...did you get one? I would love to know if you carved it and what she thought of the inside...
our little one took a bite last night..yuck! but then she cried when I took it from her. She really liked it. (I really do feed her).
I hope you are doing well. You look pretty good yourself!

Looks like a fun day! We love pumpkin picking too. Carving them is on the agenda for today.
Happy Halloween!

She is so cute! I always smile when I read your posts :)
I so love reading your posts. Not only do I get to see pics of your happy little family, I usually get a chuckle. I see the humor in them being a fellow mommy of an active two year old. Just when I think I can count on Karsen mellowing out for a few, she is like the "Energizer Bunny". I'm a weary, tired mom at times, but I wouldn't change it for the world just like I know you wouldn't! What was ever important before our babies???
Looks like you guys had a great time. I love the pictures. What is she going to be for Halloween?? beth and Mattie
looks like it was a fun day!
Love, love, love the first picture.
She is just adorable!
Yahoo! The holidays begin and what a blessing we get to see them, for the first time, through the eyes of our children.... maybe more hours into a day than we'd prefer, but even that is something a year ago we dreamed about... She is just so stinking cute, and you guys always look so happy with her -- it is really fantastic! thanks for sharing the fun!
What a fantastic day it looks like you had. What a beautiful family your happiness is contagious. Love ya.
