I've been at Cedars for almost 10 years and can honestly say that I love my job. The commute absolutely stinks (2 hours a day) but it's the people at the end of the commute that make it all worth it. Everyone has been so supportive throughout this adoption journey and it has meant the world. (Although I must be driving everyone crazy by now as I've been so scatter-brained this past week!)
I'll post some pictures this weekend but just wanted to take a second to say "Thank You" from the bottom of our hearts. K is loved and wished so much happiness --- and I can't wait for her to know that.

What great coworkers you have. A nice surprise for you. I hope you had a lot of fun. Are you getting nervous yet? Excited? I couldn't believe the jumble of emotions I had when we left to get Colby.

Ok...several things...
But first I wanted to tell you that I have been lurking on your blog for a long time and just got home from our final trip to Russia...we had to make 4 trips! But that was no where near the difficulty that you have been through. I just want to tell you how absolutely ECSTATIC I am that you got your court date FINALLY. I am so happy for you.
Secondly, I want to tell you that I am also an occupational therapist and it was so fun to click on your blog today and see your entry. I am not currently practicing, but keep my license just in case I want to return when the kids are all in school.
Anyway, I just wanted to finally post and tell you how happy I am for you!!!! Can't wait to see her.

So HAPPY for you!!! Greg and I just got back from Moscow this morning. We leave for our third trip next Sunday and our Gotcha day is Tuesday, April 21st and will return home on April 29th.

That's so nice!! I work with a bunch of guys.... so no shower for me! They did end up sending a gift card -- but I think someone's wife was behind it!
